We came with a team for a tournament. This hotel was the perfect choice. Between the breakfast, pool, hospitatable staff and willingness to go above and beyond to make our entire team feel comfortable. Definitely made the time in Sudbury memorable and we'll definitely be back next time we play in town!
Accessibility at this Hampton is pretty good. Understand from the front desk there is one fully accessible room (roll in shower) on the ground level and four more partially accessible (tub) on other floors. Stayed in both and they were great. The bed in fully accessible was at a reasonable height which was great to see. Was a bit disappointed to see only one disabled parking spot (there are four Diamond Level parking spots for frequent stay guests). There is a big parking lot, maybe add as many disabled designated parking spots as you have rooms for them? Please do better in this regard.
Very nice rooms. Clean comfortable. Bathroom was not the cleanest but otherwise happy with my room.
Nice clean, comfortable and easy to find hotel. Located outside the core, but easy to get into town and drive to the university, hospital and college. Shoeless joe's restaurant in the parking lot, Chuck's roadhouse right across the road, close to grocery stores, shoppers. The breakfast is a bonus, hot and cold food, with a waffle station. Small gym, pool. It gets busy, but never seems to get loud. Stay there everytime we need to get the kids to schools.
Several times throughout 2025 we booked stays at this hotel because we were visiting our daughter at Laurentian. We kept returning because it was a solid choice and the best value. Rooms, washrooms and common areas were clean and well maintained. Stays included buffet hot breakfast. Easily located just as you enter Sudbury coming off Hwy 69. Booking and check-in were easy and never a problem.
We enjoyed our 1-night stay here recently. The staff we have encountered are all friendly and polite. The room is clean and comfortable. The pool was great. The breakfast was satisfying. Overall a very pleasant stay for our family of 3 and we would recommend this place.
Check in was fine. Check out person was very rude. Rooms were fine. Nothing special other than it was nice to have a fridge. Breakfast buffet was okay. They had a binder to view ingredients for allergies but not many options for gluten free. Coffee was decent.
Keenan rocks at the front desk!! He treated everyone checking in with kindness and compassion. He also gave us a great recommendation for a place to eat. Rooms are great. Breakfast was good. Keep up the great work!! We'll definitely stay here if we're ever in the area again!!
